| dc.description.abstract | Autor: Eva Rožcová Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou dermatomyositida Shrnutí: Cílem práce je seznámit se s diagnózou dermatomyositida a vypracovat kazuistiku pacientky s touto diagnózou. Práce je rozdělena na část obecnou a speciální. Obecná část pojednává o teoretických znalostech onemocnění, od etiologie, klinických projevů, diagnostiky až po léčbu. Do speciální části spadá kazuistika tvořená anamnestickými údaji, vstupním vyšetřením a stanovením terapeutického plánu. Summary: The goal is to become familiar with the diagnosis of dermatomyositis and develop case report of a patient with this diagnosis. The work is divided into general and special. General section discusses the theoretical knowledge of the disease, the etiology, clinical manifestations diagnosis to treatment. In the special case report formed part falls historical data initial examination and determining the therapeutic plan.
