Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou impingement syndrom a laterální epikondylitida Cílem této práce je shrnout poznatky o diagnóze impingement syndrom a o fyzioterapeutické práci s pacienty s touto diagnózou. V teoretické části bude popsána anatomie a biomechanika ramenního pletence, etiopatogeneze impingement syndromu a popsány jednotlivé metody, které jsou vhodné pro práci s těmito pacienty. V praktické části, která vznikla na základě spolupráce s přiděleným pacientem, budu aplikovat získané poznatky o tomto tématu. Title: The case report of physiotherapy care of a patient with the diagnosis of impingement syndrome and lateral epicondylitis The main goal of this thesis is to summarize the knowledge about impingement syndrome diagnosis and physiotherapeutic work with patients being diagnosed with this syndrome. The theoretical part will describe the anatomy and biomechanics of the shoulder girdle, etiopathogenesis of impingement syndrome and various methods that are suitable for treating these patients. In the practical part, which was based on the cooperation with the assigned patient, I will apply the acquired knowledge about the proposed topic.
