Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o nevidomého pacienta s diagnózou stav po stehenní amputaci levé dolní končetiny. Cíl práce: Shrnutí teoretických poznatků a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s danou diagnózou. Souhrn: Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z obecné části a části speciální. Obecná část obsahuje teoretický popis diagnózy. Zahrnuje anatomii a kineziologii dolní končetiny. Nastíní informace spojené s protetikou a následnou rehabilitací z pohledu fyzioterapie. Dále se bude zabývat slepotou, jejími příčinami a možnostmi rehabilitační práce s pacientem. Ve speciální části bude zpracována kazuistika slepého pacienta s diagnózou stav po nadkolenní amputaci levé dolní končetiny. Bude uveden vstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu, přehled průběhu terapií, výstupní vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Kazuistiku jsem zpracovala v průběhu mé souvislé odborné praxe v Rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky v Praze. Title: Case report of a blind patient after upper knee amputation. Summary: The thesis consists of two parts, a general part and a special one. The general part contains theoretical description of the diagnosis. It includes the anatomy and kinesiology of a lower limbs. Outlines informations associated with prosthetic and rehabilitation from the perspective of physiotherapist. It will further include blindness, its causes and possibilities of rehabilitation with this kind of patient. In a special section, there will be processed casuistry of the blind patient with the diagnosis of the above-knee amputation of his left leg. There will be kinesiology analysis, design short- and long-term rehabilitation plan, an outline of the therapy, outgoing examination and evaluation of the effect of therapy. I made this case report during my rehabilitation practice on the Rehabilitation Clinic Malvazinky in Prague.
