Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou gangréna dolních končetin

Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou gangréna dolních končetin (st. post femorální amputace vlevo) Cíle práce: Shrnutí teoretických poznatků a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou gangréna dolních končetin Souhrn: Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, obecné a speciální. Obecná část se věnuje tematice amputací, protetiky, vyšetřovacích metod a fyzioterapeutických postupů v rámci této diagnózy. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta po jednostranné nadkolenní amputaci pro gangrénu dolních končetin, která zahrnuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor, rehabilitační plán, průběh terapie a výstupní kineziologický rozbor včetně zhodnocení efektu terapie. Kazuistika byla zpracována v době praxe od 6. 1. do 31. 1. 2014 na lůžkovém oddělení rehabilitace a fyzikální medicíny v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici v Praze. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of Gangrene of Lower Limbs. Aim: Summary of theoretical knowledge and processing of case study of a patient with the diagnosis of gangrene of lower limbs. Method: The thesis consists of two parts - theoretic and specific. The theoretic part of the thesis contains topics related to amputations, prothesis, diagnostic methods and physioterapeutical treatments used when dealing with this diagnosis. The specific part of the thesis contains a case study of a physiotherapeutical treatment of a patient after unilateral above-knee amputation with the diagnosis of gangrene of lower limbs including complex kinesiologic examination, plan of rehabilitation, description of the progress of therapy and evaluation of the effects of therapy. The case study was compiled during an internship at the inpatiet rehabilitation ward of the Central Military Hospital in Prague.
