Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou stav po intrakraniálním krvácení Cíle práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků o problematice cévních mozkových příhod a zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po intrakraniální krvácení. Metoda: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V obecné části se zabývám teoretickými poznatky o cévních mozkových příhodách, včetně otázky prevence. V obecné části se také nachází informace o rehabilitaci neurologicky nemocných pacientů. Ve speciální části práci je zpracována kazuistika péče o pacienta. Je uveden vstupní kineziologický rozbor, na jehož základě byl stanoven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Dále jsou zaznamenány všechny terapeutické jednotky, které pacient absolvoval. Na základě výstupního kineziologického rozbor byl zhodnocen efekt terapie. Kazuistika byla zpracována v průběhu odborné souvislé praxe v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno v době 6. - 31.1. 2014. Title: Case study physiotherapy treatment of a patient after intracranial hemorrhage Target: The target of this bachelor's thesis is a summary of theoretical knowlegde about the issue of stroke and case report of physiotherapy treatment of patients after intracranial hemorrhage. Method: The bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts. In the general part deals with the theoretical knowledge of strokes, including the question of prevention. In the general part is well informed about the rehabilitaion of neurogically ill patients. In the special part of the thesis is a acse report of pateint care. There is an input kinesiology analysis on the basis of the determined short-term and long-term physiotherapy plan. The following are recorded all therapeutic units that patient has. Base on the output kinesiological analysis of the effect therapy was evaluated. Case report has been prepared in the course of continunous practice in the Regional Hospital in Kladno during the 6th - 31st January 2014. Key words: stroke, hemorrhage, physiotherapy, case study
