Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou po artroskopii kolenního kloubu. Cíl: Získání teoretických poznatků o anatomii, biomechanice kolenního kloubu a fyzioterapeutických postupech používaných u této diagnózy. Ve speciální části bylo cílem vypracování kazuistiky vybraného pacienta během souvislé praxe. Metoda: Obecná část se zabývá teoretickými poznatky o kolenním kloubu z hlediska anatomie a biomechaniky, dále pak traumatologií měkkého kolena, zobrazovacími metodami, klinickým vyšetřením kolenního kloubu a terapeutickými postupy. Speciální část zahrnuje kazuistiku pacienta, kde je zpracována anamnéza, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, průběh terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Zvýšení rozsahu pohybu a svalové síly, odstranění otoku operované dolní končetiny. Klíčová slova: Kolenní kloub, meniskus, artroskopie, kazuistika, fyzioterapie, rehabilitace.

Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with the diagnosis after knee arthroscopy. Objective: Acquisition of theoretical knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics of the knee joint and physiotherapy techniques used for this diagnosis. In the special section has been selected to develop a case study patient during work placements. Method: The general part deals with the theoretical knowledge of the knee joint in terms of anatomy and biomechanics, traumatology as well as soft knee imaging, clinical examination, knee and therapeutic procedures. A special section covers the case of a patient, where it is processed history, input kinesiology analysis, process therapeutic units, output kinesiology analysis and evaluation of the effect of therapy.
