Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou polyneuropatie. Cíl práce: Shrnutí teoretických poznatků a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou polyneuropatie. Shrnutí práce: Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část zahrnuje popis onemocnění polyneuropatie, rozdělení, diagnostiku a léčbu. Speciální část se věnuje kazuistice s rehabilitačním plánem pacienta. Terapie byla zaměřena převážně na ovlivnění patologického čití, zlepšení kondice a stability při stoji a chůzi. Kazuistika byla zpracována během klinické praxe od 08. 01. do 17. 01. 2013 na neurologickém oddělení v Nemocnici Na Bulovce. Klíčová slova: Polyneuropatie, kazuistika, fyzioterapie, rehabilitace

Title: Case study of physiotherapy care for patient diagnosed with polyneuropathy. Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and the processing of case study of patient diagnosed with polyneuropathy. Summary: The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part includes the elucidation of illness polyneuropathy, classification, diagnosis and treatment. A special section is devoted to case study with a rehabilitation plan for the patient. The therapy was focused mainly at influencing the pathological sensation, improving fitness and stability when standing and walking.
