Technické aspekty u kochleárních implantací u osob s těžkým sluchovým postižením

Abstract

Cílem práce je vymezení technických aspektů kochleárního implantátu v souvislosti s dopadem na jeho uživatele. Hlavním přínosem této práce je skrze popsání jednotlivých částí implantátu a podstaty jeho fungování poukázat též na dopad jeho užívání na samotné uživatele. Zároveň též popsáním aktuálních novinek v oblasti kochleárních implantátů poukázat na stálý pokrok ve vývoji této neuroprotézy a jejího příslušenství. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozdělení jednotlivých částí kochleárního implantátu a jejich technickou specifikaci. V práci je dále popsána podstata přenosu zvuku a samotného fungování implantátu a jeho nastavování. Pozornost je věnována výběru uživatelů kochleárního implantátu a postoji komunity Neslyšících k této kompenzační pomůcce. Omezení v životě uživatele kochleárního implantátu tvoří další část této práce. Jednotlivé teoretické informace jsou prokládány výpověďmi samotných uživatelek, které vyjadřují postoje a zkušenosti v jednotlivých oblastech běžného života. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny novinky v oblasti kochleárních implantátů. Jedná se hlavně o nejnovější řečové procesory a jejich příslušenství. The objective of this work is to specify the technical aspects of cochlear implants in relationship to their impact on their users. The main contribution of this work is that through the description of individual parts of an implant and of the substance of its operation it draws attention to the impact of its usage on the user themselves. Simultaneously, by describing the current news in the area of cochlear implants it draws attention to the continuous development of this neuroprotheses and its elements. The bachelor's thesis is aimed at the division of individual parts of the cochlear implant and their technical specifications. In the thesis the core of the sound transmission and the operation of the implant and its adjusting are described. The attention is paid to the selection of the users of cochlear implants and approach of the community of the deaf people to this compensation aid. Limitations in the cochlear implant users form another part of this work. The individual theoretical pieces of information are interspersed with testimonies of the users themselves who express their attitudes and experience in individual areas of everyday life.
