Abstract

Název: Problematika organizovaného zločinu Cíle práce: 1. Definovat a klasifikovat organizovaný zločin 2. Popsat historický vývoj organizovaného zločinu 3. Analyzovat organizovaný zločin ve státech, kde se již projevil (Itálie, USA, Rusko, Japonsko) 4. Charakterizovat hlavní aktivity organizovaného zločinu 5. Vymezit prostředky boje proti organizovanému zločinu Metody práce: Při analýze organizovaného zločinu je vyloučené použití výzkumných metod, při kterých by docházelo k přímému kontaktu s kriminálním prostředím. Zpracování práce je řešeno odkazy na nepřímé poznatky. V práci byly použity tyto metody: 1. Využití poznatků z odborných publikací a zdrojů 2. Analýza dokumentů 3. Studium vybraných právních prostředků 4. Obsahová analýza tisku 5. Statistika Výsledky: Byly vymezeny různé pohledy na organizovaný zločin, jeho znaky a typologie. Dále byly popsány příčiny a podmínky vzniku s jeho počátky. Analyzovány byly poznatky o organizovaném zločinu ve vybraných státech z hlediska historie, současnosti a výskytu hlavních organizovaných skupin včetně jejich aktivit. Hlavní aktivity organizovaného zločinu byly popsány ve čtyřech skupinách se zaměřením na jejich popis, organizaci či právní vymezení této činnosti.
