Klasifikace Streptococcus pneumoniae sérotyp 9V rezistentních k penicilinu a jiným antibiotikům pomocí fenotypových a genotypových metod

Abstract

The aim of this work was phenotypic (serotyping, antibiotic profile) and genotypic (PFGE and MLST methods) characterization of penicillin non-susceptible strains of pneumococci serotype 9V, 14 and 19F isolated in the CR in the period 2000 - 2002. Genotypic analysis allowed the identification of common clonal relationship within the same and different serotypes of pneumococci and also provided data that allowed comparison of populations of resistant pneumococci in an international context.

Cílem této práce byla fenotypová (sérotypizace, antibiotický profil) a genotypová (metodami PFGE a MLST) charakterizace penicilin-necitlivých kmenů pneumokoků sérotypu 9V, 14 a 19F izolovaných v ČR v období 2000 - 2002. Genotypová analýza umožnila určit vzájemnou klonální příbuznost uvnitř shodných a různých sérotypů pneumokoků a zároveň poskytla data, která dovolila porovnání populace rezistentních pneumokoků v mezinárodním kontextu.
