Vliv psychické zátěže na rozvoj onemocnění sclerosis multiplex

Abstract

Téma své diplomové práce Vliv psychické zátěže na rozvoj onemocnění sclerosis multiplex jsem si vybrala na základě svého zájmu o obor neurologie. S ohledem na nutnost preventivní tématiky jsem ve spolupráci s MUDr. Medovou vybrala toto téma, neboť v minulosti vyšlo již několik prací zabývajících se touto problematikou, avšak bez jednotných přesvědčivých závěrů. Postupně s rozšiřováním vědeckých poznatků přibylo i k tomuto tématu několik významných objevů, a tak jsem se chtěla pokusit o shromáždění nejnovějších prací na téma psychické zátěže pacientů a souvisejících poznatků o etiologii onemocnění, imunologických aspektech a problematice výskytu depresivních poruch u pacientů s onemocněním RS. Ve svém pozorovaní jsem se zaměřila na průběh onemocnění u pacientů poradny pro RS neurologické kliniky FNKV užívajících antidepresivní terapii a některé z nich uvádím ve formě kazuistik.

With regard to the necessity of theme I in collaboration with MD. honey chose this topic because in the past published several papers dealing with this issues, but no single convincing conclusions. gradually with the expansion of scientific knowledge increased as well as the subject for several important discoveries, and so I wanted to try to collect the most recent work on the psychological burden of patients and of the knowledge of the etiology disease, immunological aspects and problems of depressive disturbances in patients with the disease MS. In my observations, I focused on course of disease in patients counseling for RS neurological clinic FNKV receiving antidepressant therapy, and some of them mention in the form of case reports.
