Přehled pacientů léčených pro zlomeninu v oblasti hlezna v roce 2005

Abstract

Téma své diplomové práce, Přehled pacientů léčených pro zlomeninu v oblasti hlezna v roce 2005 jsem si vybral na základě svého zájmu o obor ortopedie a traumatologie. Problematika luxačních zlomenin hlezna je poměrně složitá a výskyt častý. Na Ortopedicko - traumatologické klinice Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady v Praze bylo v roce 2005 ošetřeno 261 pacientů se zlomeninou hlezna. To znamená, že na každý pracovní den připadá více než jeden případ zlomeniny hlezna (rok 2005 měl 253 pracovních dnů). Každý případ byl mimojiné zaznamenán do dotazníku, se kterými jsem následně pracoval. Zajímalo nás, za jakých okolností, v jakém věku a jaký typ zlomenin se vyskytuje a jak se léčí. Výsledky za rok 2005 jsem měl možnost srovnat v určitých kategoriích s výsledky z předchozích let.

We were interested in what circumstances, at what age and what type of fracture occurs and how to treat.
