Abstract

Název: Terapeutická intervence bolesti dolní části zad - porovnání dvou fyzioterapeutických přístupů Cíl práce: Hlavním cílem této experimentální studie bylo porovnání dvou terapeutických přístupů: Senzomotorické stimulace podle Jandy a Vávrové a Proprioceptivní neuromuskulární facilitace u pacientů s bolestí dolní části zad. Metoda řešení: Experimentální srovnávací studie zaměřená na porovnání efektu Proprioceptivní neuromuskulární facilitace podle Kabata a Senzomotorické stimulace podle Jandy a Vávrové u pacientů s chronickou bolestí dolní části zad. Probandi byli vybíráni z řad pacientů nestátního zdravotnického zařízení Medi-centrum Skalka s.r.o. K hodnocení bolesti jsme použili standardizovaný dotazník Oswestry. Získaná data byla zpracována pomocí statistické metody Mann-Whitney U test. Výsledky: Studie neprokázala žádný signifikantní rozdíl v efektu léčby bolesti dolní části zad mezi metodikou Senzomotorické stimulace podle Jandy a Vávrové a Proprioceptivní neuromuskulární facilitace. Title: Therapeutic intervention of low back pain - comparing of two therapeutic approaches Objectives: The main objective of this experimental study was to compare two therapeutic approaches: Sensorimotor stimulation by Janda Vávrová and Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation in patients with low back pain. Methods: Experimental comparative study aimed at comparing the effect of Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation method of Kabat and Sensorimotor stimulation by Jandy and Vávrová in patients with chronic low back pain. The probands were selected from among patients of private healthcare facilities Medi-centre Skalka s.r.o. The assessment of pain, we used a standardized questionnaire Oswestry. The data will be processed using statistical method Mann-Whitney U test. Results: The study showed no significant difference in treatment effect low back pain between Sensorimotor stimulation method by Janda and Vávrová and Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation.
