Specifikovat orgány krizového řízení, které se na této problematice podílejí. Charakterizovat Integrovaný záchranný systém a rozvést organizační strukturu Policie České republiky a Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky, jako dvou stěžejních výkonných složek Ministerstva vnitra. Specifikovat oblast použití typových činností pro Policii České republiky a Hasičský záchranný sbor České republiky. Metoda: z dostupných pramenů utřídit informace k činnosti a úkolům Ministerstva vnitra České republiky v oblasti krizového plánování.
