Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika pacienta s diagnózou Guillain - Barré syndromem Autor: Diana Dvořáková Cíle práce: Cílem obecné části práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků a informací o Guillain - Barré syndromu. Cíl speciální části je zpracování kazuistiky, kde je popsán možný rehabilitační postup a zhodnocení efektu zvolených terapeutických metod u pacienta s tímto onemocněním. Metoda práce: Tato bakalářská práce byla vypracována během měsíční odborné praxe na Rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky v Praze, která se konala od 21.1 - 15.2. 2013. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Obecná část zahrnuje teoretické poznatky o Guillain - Barré syndromu, kde je největší prostor věnován klinickému obrazu nemoci, diagnostice a léčebným postupům. Title of the thesis: Case report of a patient with a diagnosis of Guillain - Barré syndrome Author: Diana Dvořáková Aim of the work: The objective of the general work is to summarize knowledge about Guillain-Barre syndrome. The objective of special work is the case report processing .This part of the work decsribes possible rehabilitaion process and evaluates effect of the choosen therapeutic methods of the patient with this disease. Method of work: This thesis has been worked up on the basis of monthly professional practice in rehabilitation clinic Malvazinky in Prague, which took place from 21.1 to 15.2. 2013. The work consists of two parts. The general part includes theoretical knowledge of Guillain - Barré syndrome. The largest space is dedicated to the clinical picture of the disease, diagnosis and treatments. The special part includes processed case report of patient with Guillain - Barré syndrome.
