Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou ankylozující spondylitida a stav po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu Souhrn: Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice revmatického onemocnění ankylozující spondylitidy a důsledkům tohoto onemocnění. Obecná část je zaměřena na popsání teoretických poznatků týkajících se ankylozující spondylitidy a možných postupů při její léčbě, na problematiku implantace endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu a následnou rehabilitaci. Ve speciální části je zpracována kazuistika pacienta s diagnózou ankylozující spondylitida po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. General part focuses on describing the theoretical knowledge of ankylosing spondylitis and possible methods for its treatment, and the implantation of hip replacement and subsequent rehabilitation.
