Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou ankylozující spondylitida Cíle: Cílem práce je seznámení se s obecnou problematikou ankylozující spondylitidy a ve speciální části vypracovat kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou ankylozující spondylitida. Metody: Bakalářská práce zahrnuje případovou studii pacienta se základní diagnózou ankylozující spondylitida. Práce se skládá z části obecné, která obsahuje stručný popis základního onemocnění včetně možných komplikací diagnostických a terapeutických metod. V části druhé - speciální, je zpracována kasuistika pacienta, která vznikla během mé odborné praxe v Revmatologickém ústavu v termínu od 14.1.2013 do 8.2.2013. Při řešení této diagnózy nebylo použito žádných invazivních technik. Výsledky: Po provedených terapiích došlo k výraznému zmenšení bolesti a k obnovení správných pohybových stereotypů. Title: Case study of a patient with a primary diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis Objectives: The aim is to become familiar with the general issues of ankylosing spondylitis and in a special section to develop a case report of physical therapy care for the patient with a diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods: Bachelor thesis includes a case study of a patient with a primary diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis. The work consists of a general part, which contains a brief description of the disease and possible complications of diagnostic and therapeutic methods. In the second part - special patient case report is processed, which was created during my professional experience in Rheumatology Institute in the period from 8.2.2013 to 14.1.2013. In addressing this diagnosis was not used any invasive techniques. Results: Performed after therapy there was a significant reduction in pain and restore proper movement stereotypes.
