Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s totální endoprotézou ramenního kloubu

Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s totální endoprotézou ramenního kloubu. Cíl práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování problematiky totální endoprotézy ramenního kloubu a zaměření se na fyzioterapeutické postupy používané u pacientů s touto diagnózou. Součástí je podrobná kazuistika pacienta s totální endoprotézou ramenního kloubu. Metoda: Teoretická část pojednává o problematice ramenního kloubu z pohledu anatomie, kineziologie, biomechaniky a ortopedie. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta s totální endoprotézou ramenního kloubu a vychází z praktické práce s pacientem během souvislé praxe v Soukromém zdravotnickém zařízení MediCentrum, a.s. V práci je zahrnuto vstupní i výstupní kineziologické vyšetření, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý plán terapie, popis průběhu jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek a v závěrečné části zhodnocení efektu terapie. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Care of a Patient with Total Shoulder Arthroplasty. Aim: The aim of this work is to process the problem of the total shoulder arthroplasty and to focus the physiotherapy procedure for the patients with this diagnosis. The work contains the detailed case report of the patient with total shoulder arthroplasty. Methods: The theoretical part deals with the issue from the perspective of the shoulder joint anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics and orthopedics. The special part contains the case study of the patient with total shoulder arthroplasty and is based on the practical work with this patient during the continuous practice in private medical facilities Medicentrum, a. s. The work includes the input and the output of kineziological examination, short-term and long-term plan of the therapy, description of the therapeutic units and the final evaluation of the effects of the therapy.
