Souhrn Autor: Věra Fraňková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou syndrom zmrzlého ramene Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na syndrom zmrzlého ramene. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. Obecná část práce se zabývá teoretickými poznatky k diagnóze z hlediska anatomie a kineziologie, dále podává informace o vyšetření. Zabývá se etiologií, rozdělení a terapií onemocnění. Speciální část popisuje podrobnou kazuistiku pacientky s diagnózou syndrom zmrzlého ramene. Tato část byla vypracována na základě práce s pacientkou během odborné práce v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu v termínu 21.1. -20. 2. 2013. Author: Věra Fraňková Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Care of Patient with the Frozen Shoulder Syndrome This bachelor thesis focuses on the frozen shoulder syndrome. The thesis is devided into two main parts. The general part of the thesis deals with the theoretical knowledge to the diagnosis in terms of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics, as well as providing information about the shoulder examination. The thesis deals with the etiology, classification and therapy of the desease. Special section describes a detailed case report of a patient with a diagnosis of frozen shoulder syndrome. This section has been prepared on the basis of the work with the pacient during the special practise in the Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in the period 21.1. -20. 2. 2013.
