Abstract

Název: Vliv analytických a syntetických metod u pacientů s muskulární dystrofií Cíle: V diplomové práci si kladu dva základní cíle. Prvním cílem je shrnutí teoretických poznatků o problematice muskulární dystrofie, její klasifikaci, dědičných predispozicích, diagnostice, následné léčbě a představení mezinárodní grantových projektů, světové organizace a registru muskulární dystrofie. Druhým cílem je zhodnocení efektu šestiměsíční fyzioterapeutické intervence u osob trpící muskulární dystrofií ve věkovém rozmezí 40 až 66 let na soběstačnost a samostatnost daných probandů a zhodnocení stupně zkrácení svalů dle Jandy u experimentální skupiny. Metody: Tato diplomová práce má výzkumný charakter. Jde o experimentální studii zaměřenou na zhodnocení efektu fyzioterapeutické intervence u osob trpící muskulární dystrofií. Ke zhodnocení míry zlepšení jsem použila informace získané v rámci kineziologických rozborů (vstupní, výstupní, kontrolní),které obsahovaly goniometrické vyšetření dle Jandy, vyšetření zkrácených svalů dle Jandy, vyšetření kloubní vůle dle Lewita a Rychlíkové, vyšetření reflexních změn dle Lewita, vyšetření aspekcí - sed,leh na zádech, stoj, chůze, dynamické vyšetření páteře a dýchání, neurologické vyšetření a Barthel index. Title: The effect of analytic and synthetic methods in patients with muscular dystrophy Objectives: Two main objectives are set in my thesis. The first objective is to summarize the theoretical knowledge concerning problems of muscular dystrophy, its classification, hereditary predispositions, diagnostic procedures, subsequent care and to present international grant projects, and the muscular dystrophy world organization and registry.
