Title: Casuistry of a Patient with a Diagnosis of a Sprain and Strain of the Shoulder Joint after Arthroscopic Surgery Objectives: Primary objective of this thesis is to theoretically pose questions about injury of the shoulder girdle, including methods of treatment and resulting therapy. A special part is dedicated to the casuistry of the patient after an injury to the right shoulder joint caused by a fall, its treatment and rehabilitation process.
