Abstract

Název: Fluktuace trenérů v elitních fotbalových klubech Cíle: Tato bakalářská práce je širším pohledem do světa činnosti a změn provázejících trenéry v české nejvyšší fotbalové soutěži. V práci jsou řešeny zásadní otázky týkající se zejména odchodů a příchodů trenérů v oblasti českého prvoligového fotbalu. Teoretická část bakalářské práce objasňuje význam trenérské činnosti a její důležitosti pro sféru prvoligového fotbalu. Seznamuje se statistickými údaji týkajícími se odchodů a příchodů trenérů, a to vždy za určité období, to znamená od vstupu trenéra do konkrétního fotbalového klubu až po jeho odchod. Závěr této části bakalářské práce porovnává a vyhodnocuje hlavní důvody, které jsou příčinou zamýšlených či náhlých změn v realizačním týmu týkajících se konkrétně hlavních trenérů či asistentů Gambrinus ligy v České republice. V aplikační části se bakalářská práce zabývá výzkumem a hodnocením vlivů a dopadů fluktuace prvoligových trenérů na společenské vztahy, realizační tým, sportovní manažery a na kvalitu českého fotbalu, přičemž využívá metodu terénního dotazníkového šetření a elektronického záznamu za pomoci diktafonu. Title: Coach Turnover in Elite Football Clubs Objectives: The Bachelor's Thesis is a deeper insight into the world of activities and changes accompanying coaches in the Czech premier football contest. Fundamental questions concerning the coach turnover within the Czech Premier League football are addressed in the Thesis. The theoretical part of the Bachelor's Thesis clarifies the significance of coaching activities and their importance at the level of Premier League football. It presents statistical data concerning the coach turnover, each time related to a particular period, i.e. from the moment of the coach's joining a particular club until the moment of his leaving. In the conclusion of this part of the Thesis, main reasons causing the intended or sudden changes in the implementation team are compared and evaluated. The study is namely focused on the head coaches and assistant coaches of the Gambrinus League in the Czech Republic.
