Vztah mezi držením těla a svalovými dysbalancemi u dětí předškolního věku

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá držením těla dětí předškolního věku. Vzhledem k labilitě dětského stoje a množství faktorů ovlivňujících držení těla, může hodnocení u této věkové kategorie představovat problém. Cílem práce je posoudit úroveň držení těla předškolních dětí v regionu Liberce a provést analýzu potenciální závislosti držení těla na svalových dysbalancích a pohybových stereotypech. Ve studii byly použity následující metody: kombinace pohledových metod Kleina, Thomase & Mayera a Jaroše & Lomíčka, Mathiasův test, Thomayerova zkouška a svalové testy dle Jandy. Na základě výsledků byly zvoleny nejvhodnější kompenzační metody: Spirální dynamika a Senzomotorická stimulace.

This work deals with the posture of children preschool age. Due to the instability and children standing of factors affecting posture, the trials in this age group pose a problem. The goal is to assess the level of preschool children's posture in the region of Liberec and analyze the potential depending on posture and muscle imbalance movement stereotypes. The study will be used the following methods: a combination of visual methods of Klein, Thomas & Mayer and Jaros & Lomíček, Mathiasův test Thomayer test and muscle tests according to Janda. Based on the results will be chosen the best compensation method.
