Výuka aerobiku na 1. stupni ZŠ

Abstract

Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo zmapovat připravenost učitelů základních škol na výuku aerobiku v hodinách tělesné výchovy na prvním stupni. V mém výzkumu jsem dospěla k poznatku, že aerobik není dostatečně zařazován do hodin tělesné výchovy, protože učitelé na něj nejsou kvalitně vzděláni, a proto ho ani nezařazují do svých školních vzdělávacích programů. Tato skutečnost mne velmi mrzí, protože jsme si jista, že aerobik by žáky obohatil o estetické cítění a pohybové dovednosti.

The aim of this thesis was to capture the readiness of elementary school teachers in regards to aerobics. I came to a conclusion in my research that aerobic is not included into physical education classes enough, as teachers are not well prepared, and therefore they do not include it in their plans. This fact is rather disturbing because I am positive that the aerobics exercise would enrich students in area of aesthetics and physical skills and coordination.
