Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s dermatomyozitidou

Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s dermatomyozitidou. Cíl práce: Shrnutí teoretických poznatků, provedení studie metodiky ucelené rehabilitace, navržení terapie a zhodnocení jejího efektu u pacienta s dermatomyozitidou. Metoda: Rešerše s případovou studií vznikla během odborné praxe od 9. 1. do 3. 2. 2012 v Revmatologickém ústavu v Praze. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - obecná a speciální. Obecná část shrnuje etiologii, epidemiologii, klinický obraz, léčbu a také využití fyzioterapeutických metod a přístupů u dermatomyozitidy. Ve speciální části je popsána kazuistika pacientky s dermatomyozitidou. Na základě anamnézy a vstupního vyšetření byl stanoven návrh terapie. Z jednotlivých terapií a výstupního kineziologického rozboru byl zhodnocen efekt terapie. Výsledky: U pacientky došlo ke snížení bolesti, ke zlepšení stabilizace trupu a v neposlední řadě k zvýšení celkové fyzické kondice a zlepšení stereotypu a vytrvalosti chůze. Pozitivní motivace a výsledky terapie zlepšily přístup pacienta k rehabilitaci celkově. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with Dermatomyositis. Aims: A summary of theoretical background, study of comprehensive rehabilitation methodology, proposal of therapy and evaluation of its effect in a patient with dermatomyositis. Methodology: Review of literature and case study was made during practice in Instute of Rheumatology in Prague from 9. 1. to 3. 2. 2012. It has two parts. Theoretical part sumarizes etiology, epidemiology, clinical manifestation, therapy and use of physiotherapy in dermatomyositis. A case study is presented in the special part. Therapeutical approach was prescribed according to the medical history and physical examination and its effect was assessed using kinesiology analysis at the end. Results: In my patient back pain was decreased and the trunk stability was increased. Also the overall physical fitness increased as well as the stereotype of gait and endurance. Positive motivation and results of therapy the patient improved patient access to rehabilitation in general.
