Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s VAS bederní páteře Anglický název: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of Low back pain Autor: Klára Flasarová Cíle práce: Shrnutí teoretických poznatků, provedení studie metodiky fyzioterapeutické péče, navržení terapie a sledovaní jejího průběhu u pacienta s VAS bederní páteře. Metodika: Tato práce vznikla jako rešerše s případovou studií během odborné praxe konané od 23. 1. 2012 do 19. 2. 2012 v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno. Práce je rozdělena do dvou častí - obecné a speciální. První (obecná) část práce se zabývá teoretickými poznatky o axiálním systému z hlediska anatomie, biomechaniky a kineziologie, zahrnuje informace o možnostech fyzioterapeutických postupů a vyšetření v období, kdy operace ještě není indikovaná a je možná konzervativní léčba. Druhá (speciální) část popisuje kazuistiku pacienta s VAS, průběh navržené terapie a zhodnocení jejího efektu. Vstupní kineziologický rozbor a první terapie byly provedeny během hospitalizace na neurologickém oddělení, další terapie a výstupní kineziologický rozbor byly prováděny ambulantně. Author: Klára Flasarová Aim: Summary of theoretical findings, the study methodology, physiotherapy care, treatment design and monitoring of the patient with the diagnosis of Low back pain. Methods: This study was a retrieval of a case study in professional practice, held from January 23, 2012 to February 19, 2012 at the Oblastní nemocnice Kladno. The work is divided into two parts - general and special. The first (general) part deals with the theoretical knowledge of the axial system in terms of anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology, includes information about possibilities of physiotherapy practice and testing at a time when surgery is not indicated and conservative treatment is possible. Second (special) case report describes part of physiotherapy treatment of patients with Low back pain and proposes course of therapy and evaluated its effects. Therapy were starting during the hospitalization tha patient on the neurogical department. The next therapy and final examination were done after the patient's discharge to homecare.
