Abstract

Název: Rytmická gymnastika a její využití ve školní tělesné výchově. Cíl práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit míru využití gymnastických aktivit, zejména aktivit rytmické gymnastiky, které jsou součástí Rámcových vzdělávacích systémů (RVP) na různých typech středních škol v Praze. Metody: V této bakalářské práci byla použita metoda elektronického dotazování, která sloužila ke sběru a vyhodnocení potřebných dat. Výsledky: Školní tělesná výchova na pražských středních školách využívá prvky rytmické gymnastiky. Do školní tělesné výchovy zařazují pedagogové cvičení s hudbou a cvičení s náčiním. Mezi nejpoužívanější náčiní patří švihadla, tyče a gymnastické míče. Hudbu do cvičení zapojují spíše ženy než muži. Klíčová slova: Rytmická gymnastika, školní tělesná výchova, dotazník

Title: Using rhythmic gymnastics in school physical education Objective: The main objektive of this bachelor thesis is to find out level of use of gymnastic activities, particularly activities of rhythmic gymnastic, which is part of the RVP for different types of secondary schools in Prague. Methods: In this bachelor thesis has been using elektronic survey. This method was used to collect and evaluate necessary data. Results: School physical education uses elements of rhythmic gymnastics on secondary school in Prague. Teachers of physical education classified exercise with music and exercise with equipment to the school physical education. Among the most widely used tools include skipping ropes, poles and gymnastic balls. Music to exercise involved more women then men. Keywords: Rhythmic gymnastics, school physical education, survey
