Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou porucha stability pately Autor: Petra Dvořáčková Souhrn: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zpracování kazuistiky pacientky s diagnózou porucha stability pately, shrnutí teoretických poznatků, navržení terapie a sledování jejího průběhu. Obecná část této práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky z hlediska anatomické stavby, biomechaniky a kineziologie kolenního kloubu. Dále jsou zmíněny informace o možnostech vyšetření a konzervativní a operační léčby. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacientky po stabilizaci pately podle Madigana, průběh terapie a zhodnocení jejího efektu. Kazuistika byla zpracována v průběhu souvislé odborné praxe v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu v Praze Vysočanech od 9.1.2012 do 3.2.2012. Title of bachelor's thesis: The case study of physiotherapeutical treatment of a patient with diagnosis failure of patellar stability Author: Petra Dvořáčková Summary: The aim of this bachelor's thesis was processing of the case study of a patient with diagnosis failure of patellar stability, a summary of theoretical knowledge, designing therapy and monitor its progress. The general part of this thesis includes theoretical knowledge of anatomical structure, biomechanics and kinesiology of the knee joint. Further information on the possibilities mentioned examination and conservative and surgical treatment. I concentrate on treatment options, testing and therapy. The special part contains case report of a pacient after patellar stabilization according Madigan, the course of therapy and evaluation of its effect. The case report was prepared during the continous professional practice at the Center for treatment of muscoloskeletal system in Prague from 9.1.2012 to 3.2.2012.
