Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou lumbální spinální stenóza

Abstract

Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou lumbální spinální stenóza Shrnutí: Tato práce se zabývá problematikou lumbální spinální stenózy. Obecná část obsahuje údaje o anatomické struktuře bederní páteře a její kineziologii, dále pak popisuje možné funkční a strukturální poruchy v této oblasti, z nichž je nejvíce prostoru věnováno právě lumbální spinální stenóze, jejímu vzniku, klinické manifestaci, diagnostice, léčbě a prevenci. Speciální část se zabývá popisem konkrétní kazuistiky pacienta s tímto onemocněním, popisuje jeho vyšetření, následnou fyzioterapeutickou péči a výsledky, kterých její pomocí bylo dosaženo. Léčba probíhala na Klinice rehabilitačního lékařství Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady v Praze, trvala dva týdny, během kterých byl pacient zde hospitalizován a absolvoval 10 terapeutických jednotek. Title of bachelor's thesis: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with the lumbar spine stenosis Summary: This thesis deals with issues that are related to lumbar spinal stenosis. The general part consists of lumbar spine anatomical structure and its kinesiology. Furthermore, it describes functional and structural disorders in this area. The biggest part describes the lumbar spine stenosis, its cause, clinical manifestation, diagnostics, treatment and prevention. An example of particular patient affected by this illness, his examination, physiotherapeutic treatment and results that were delivered by effective care is included in a special section. The therapy was teking its course in Institute of rehabilitation of Faculty hospital Královské Vinohrady in Prague. It took two weeks and it consists of 10 therapys.
