Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou omarthrosis posttraumatica Cíle práce: Shrnutí teoretických poznatků a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou omarthrosis posttraumatica. Shrnutí: Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Obecná část zahrnuje poznatky o anatomii, kineziologii a biomechanice, dále charakteristiky nejčastějších příčin bolestí v ramenním kloubu a možnosti diagnostiky a terapie se zaměřením na fyzioterapii. Část speciální se věnuje kazuistice a rehabilitačnímu plánu pacienta s diagnózou omarthrosis posttraumatica. Terapie byla zaměřena na odstranění reflexních změn, úlevu od bolesti, posílení oslabených svalů a úpravu pohybových stereotypů. Kazuistika byla zpracována v době praxe od 1. 2. do 17. 2. 2012 na oddělení rehabilitace Oblastní nemocnice Kladno. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of Omarthrosis Posttraumatica Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and processing of case study of a patient with the diagnosis of posttraumatic omarthrosis. Summary: This thesis consists of two parts. The general part includes knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics, as well as characteristics of the most common causes of pain in the shoulder joint and diagnostics and therapy, focusing on physiotherapy. Special part is devoted to case study and rehabilitation plan for patients with a diagnosis of posttraumatic omarthrosis. The therapy was aimed at eliminating the reflex changes, relieve pain, strengthen weak muscles and treatment of movement stereotypes. Case study was prepared at the time of practice from 1. 2. to 17. 2. 2012 at the department of rehabilition at the district hospital in Kladno.
