Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s enteropatickou reaktivní polyartritidou Anglický název práce: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with enteropathic arthritis Autor práce: Michaela Stránská Cíle práce: Shrnutí teoretických poznatků, provedení kompletního kineziologického rozboru, navržení terapie a sledovaní jejího průběhu u pacienta s enteropatickou artritidou a následovné shrnutí efektů provedené terapie. Metoda: Tato práce vznikla jako rešerše s případovou studií během odborné praxe, která se konala v Revmatologickém ústavu v Praze v období od 9. 1. 2012 do 3. 2. 2012. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - obecné a speciální. První (obecná) část práce se zabývá teoretickými poznatky o revmatických nemocích, konkrétně enteropatickou artritidou a způsoby její léčby, včetně fyzioterapeutických postupů. Druhá (speciální) část popisuje kazuistiku pacienta s enteropatickou artritidou s hlavními příznaky v pravém ramenním kloubu, návrhem a průběhem terapie a jejího zhodnocení. Výsledky: Klinický stav ošetřovaného ramenního kloubu se nezanedbatelně zlepšil. Zvýšil se rozsah pohybu v kloubu, zvýšila se svalová síla, došlo k navození normotonie celé pravé horní končetiny. Methods and abstract: The literature search and the case study of this issue was proceeded within the practical experience in Rheumatology Institute in Prague from 9. 1. 2012 to 3. 2. 2012. The general part of the thesis is about rheumatology diseases, exactly enteropatic arthritis. I described the patology, etiology and metods of their treatment. The special part of the thesis includes the case report of the patient with enteropatic arthritis with main problem in the right shoulder and its therapy and pursuance of the curative effects. Result: Enhance of the range of motion of the right shoulder and its power. Normalization of the muscle tone of right upper limb.
