Vliv kineziotapingu na posturální stabilitu u pacientů po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu

Abstract

Cílem práce je zhodnocení a snaha objektivizovat vliv Kinesiotapingu na posturální stabilitu pacientů po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny poznatky o totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu, stabilitě v pohybovém systému a o Kinesiotapingu. Na základě těchto poznatků byl sestaven výzkumný záměr a sestaveny hypotézy. Ve výzkumné části je u výzkumných souborů, které tvoří skupina osob po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu, analyzován vliv Kinesiotapingu na změnu aktivace trupových a stehenních svalů při vybraných dynamických činnostech přostřednictvím povrchové elektromyografie.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate and objectify the effects of Kinesiotaping on postural stability in pacients after total hip arthroplasty. The theoretical section of the thesis concentrates on providing information about the total hip arthroplasty, the stability of the motion systems and Kinesiotaping. Based on these information was assembled a report plan and hypotheses. The second part analyses the impact of Kinesiotaping on the activation of the trunk and femoral muscles during selected dynamic activities by using surface electromyography.
