Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po Collesově fraktuře vlevo. Cíle práce: Cílem bakalářské práce je shrnutí teoretických i praktických poznatků o problematice zlomeniny distálního radia, vypracování kazuistiky a záznamu průběhu rehabilitační péče o pacienta po Collesově zlomenině. Metoda: Tato práce byla vypracována na základě souvislé odborné praxe v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu v Praze Vysočanech. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, obecnou a speciální. Obecná část shrnuje teoretické poznatky o anatomii, kineziologii, traumatologii a terapii zlomenin distálního radia. Speciální část se věnuje kazuistice pacienta po Collesově zlomenině léčené konzervativně. Klíčová slova: Collesova zlomenina, zlomeniny zápěstí, distální radius, fyzioterapie.

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a pacient after Colles fracture of the left. Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to summarize theoretical and practical knowledge regarding fracture of distal radius, create case study and record of rehabilitation care of patient with Colles' fracture. Method: This thesis has been made during a continuous work experience in a Movement Apparatus Treatment Center in Prague, Vysočany. This thesis is divided into two parts, the general part and a detailed case report. The general part summarizes theoretical knowledge including anatomy, kinesiology, traumatology and therapy following fractures of a distal radius. The detailed case report is describing a patient after Colles' fracture that has been treated conservatively. Key words: Colles fracture, wrist fractures, distal radius, physiotherapy.
