Využití rekombinantních alergenů k diagnostice alergických onemocnění

Abstract

Souhrn Laboratorní diagnostika alergických onemocnění je v dnešní době zaměřena na průkazy specifického IgE. K rozpoznání senzibilizace jsou využívány směsné alergeny často z přírodních zdrojů s nedostatečně definovaným složením. K přesné specifikaci alergenů jsou určeny testy využívající rekombinantní alergeny. Rekombinantní alergeny se využívají nejen ke stanovení specifických protilátek IgE, ale také k testu aktivace bazofilů. Nejmodernějším testem je microarray metoda využívajících rekombinantní alergeny. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny kazuistiky a výsledky laboratorních testů, které ukazují praktické využití rekombinantních alergenů.

Laboratory diagnosis of allergic diseases is nowadays focused on the identity of specific IgE. The detection of sensitization are often used mixed allergens from natural sources with poorly defined composition. The exact specification of the allergens are tests using recombinant allergens. Recombinant allergens are not only used for the determination of specific IgE antibodies, but also to test basophiles activation. Latest test is a microarray using recombinant allergens method. In conclusion of this work are presented case reports and the results of laboratory tests that demonstrate the practical use of recombinant allergens.
