Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po extrakci OS materiálu pro tříštivou zlomeninu proximálního humeru Cíle práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat problematiku tříštivé zlomeniny proximální části humeru řešené osteosyntézou s následným odstraněním osteosyntetického materiálu pro jeho selhání. Hlavním cílem je se zaměřit na účinnost používaných fyzioterapeutických postupů. Součástí práce je kazuistika pacienta s uvedenou diagnózou. Metoda: První, obecná, část práce se zabývá teorií uvedené problematiky. Popisuje anatomii, kineziologii a biomechaniku ramenního pletence, dále charakterizuje samotnou diagnózu zlomeniny proximální části humeru, možné komplikace, metody léčby a nejčastěji užívané metody při rehabilitační péči o pacienta s touto diagnózou. Druhá, speciální, část je zpracována formou kazuistiky pacienta po extrakci OS materiálu pro tříštivou zlomeninu proximálního humeru a zahrnuje vstupní fyzioterapeutické vyšetření, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán, návrh terapie, popis všech terapeutických jednotek, výstupní fyzioterapeutické vyšetření a závěr zahrnující zhodnocení efektu zvolené terapie. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after removal of osteosynthetic material for comminuted fracture of the proximal humerus Objectives: The objective of this bachelor's work is to describe issues of comminuted fracture of the proximal humerus which is treated with osteosynthesis with subsequent removal due to failure. The main objective is to focus on efficiency of physiotherapy methods which are used. The part of work is also case study of a patient with referred diagnosis. Method: The first general part of work deals with referred issues. It describes anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of shoulder girdle then characterize diagnosis of a fracture of the proximal part of humerus, possible complications, methods of treatment and the most often used methods in rehabilitation care of a patient with this diagnosis.
