Informovanost žen o zdravotních rizicích spojených s užíváním hormonální antikoncepce

Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma "Informovanost žen o zdravotních rizicích spojených s užíváním hormonální antikoncepce" je zaměřena na zjištění míry informovanosti žen o zdravotních rizicích, nežádoucích účincích a kontraindikacích hormonální antikoncepce. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a empirickou. V části teoretické se věnuji problematice hormonální antikoncepce, zejména však jejímu rozdělení, mechanismu účinku a zahájení užívání hormonální antikoncepce. Empirická část zahrnuje průzkumné šetření a prezentaci výsledků vlastní práce. Prostřednictvím průzkumného šetření, které bylo mezi respondentkami prováděno anonymní dotazníkovou formou v gynekologicko-porodnických ordinacích v Ostrově a v Karlových Varech a v gynekologických ambulancích Nemocnice Ostrov a Karlovarské krajské nemocnice, a.s., byla posouzena míra informovanosti žen o zdravotních rizicích hormonální antikoncepce. Výsledky vlastního šetření jsou srovnány s výsledky dříve realizovaných studií.

This bachelor thesis "Women's awareness of health hazards associated with usage of hormonal contraception" is focused on the detection of measure of women's awareness of health hazards, undesirable effects and conraindications of hormonal contraception. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the experiential one. In the theoretical part I follow the hormonal contraception problems, especially its division, mechanism of effect and start of usage of hormonal contraception. The experiential part includes the investigation and the presentation of results. By means of investigation that was carried out in an anonymous questionnaire way among respondents in gynecological-obstetric medical attendances in Ostrov and Karlovy Vary and in gynecological policlinics in Nemocnice Ostrov and Karlovarská krajská nemocnice, a.s., the measure of women's awareness of hormonal contraception health hazards was reviewed. The results of investigation itself are compared with the results of papers executed earlier.
