Management fotbalových klubů

Abstract

Workname: Football club management Work purpose: On the base oftheoretical management outputs to describe management conceptions ofthe selected football clubs in the "Vysočina" territory and by their comparison to determine the positives and negatives oftheir management conception. Method: The base is content analysis - study of the specialized literature with regard to given theme. Content analysis is continued with synthesis ofthe obtained infonnation from analysis and result is uniform theoretical description ofgiven problem. Information about football clubs were obtained by the method of managed dialogues with the members of mentioned club staff. Results: The results show that FC Vysočina Jihlava a.s. has the more suitable conception than FC Žďas Žd'ár nad Sázavou club which is confirmed by the sport successes and results. I found more deficiencies in the FC Žd'as Žd'ár nad Sázavou club mainly from the reason of other club legal form. Key words: football, management, football club.

Název práce: Management fotbalových klubů Cíl práce: Na základě teoretických východisek managementu popsat manažerské koncepce vybraných fotbalových klubů v Kraji Vysočina a jejich srovnáním určit klady a zápory koncepce jejich managementů. Součástí cíle je rovněž ověření vhodnosti daných koncepcí pro jednotlivé fotbalové kluby a úspěšnost s jakou je určené fotbalové kluby realizují. Metoda: Základem je obsahová analýza - studium odborné literatury týkající se daného tématu. Na obsahovou analýzu navazuje syntéza z ní získaných informací v jednotný teoretický popis daného problému. Informace o fotbalových klubech jsem získával metodou řízených rozhovorů s pracovníky zmíněných klubů. Výsledky: Ukazují, že vhodnější koncepci managementu má FC Vysočina Jihlava, a.s., což potvrzují sportovní úspěchy, než FC Žd'as Žďár nad Sázavou. Zde jsem našel více nedostatků managementu, hlavně z důvodu jiné právní formy klubu. Klíčová slova: fotbal, management, fotbalový klub.
