Abstract

Autor: Milan Hrnčál Název práce: Transtibiální protéza - druhy lůžek a následná stavba protézy Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je shrnutí poznatků o transtibiálních pahýlových lůžkách a následné stavbě protéz. Práce ukazuje a shrnuje nejenom druhy pahýlových lůžek, ale i základní principy stavby protéz. Metody: Základem celé práce je literární rešerše. V analytické části práce se věnuji pouze literární rešerši. V praktické části jsem použil nejen literární rešerši, ale i poznatky a konzultace s protetiky, kteří pracují již dlouhou řadu let v oboru. Výsledky: Z výsledků můžeme vypozorovat závislost typu klienta na následném protetickém vybavení. Klíčová slova: transtibiální amputace, stavba protéz, transtibiální pahýlová lůžka

The work shows and sumarizes not only the type of sockets but the basic principles of construction prostheses. Methods: The basic of all work is a literature review. The analytical part of the work I focus only literature search. In the practical part I used literature search, but also knowledge and consultation with prosthetics, who have been working for many years in the field.
