V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na základ z obecné revmatologie a dále problematiku ankylozující spondylitidy, etiopatogenezi onemocnění, průběh a především farmakologickou a nefarmakologickou léčbu. Ve speciální části je zpracována kompletní kazuistika pacienta s touto chorobou, průběh terapií a jejich výsledek.
The theme of my thesis is one of the rheumatic disease - ankylosing spondylitis. The theoretical part focused on the basis of rheumatology and general issues of ankylosing spondylitis, etiopathogenesis of disease, the course and especially non-pharmacological and pharmacological treatment. The special part deals with complete case report of patient with this disease, the course of therapy and their outcome.
