Fyzioterapie po osteosyntéze trimalleolární fraktury

Abstract

Název práce: Fyzioterapie po osteosyntéze trimalleolární fraktury. Cíle práce: Návrh, provedení a zhodnocení fyzioterapeutické léčby u pacientky s trimalleolární frakturou hlezenního kloubu. Metoda: Tato práce je rozdělená do dvou částí - obecné a speciální. Obecná část pojednává o teoretických základech funkční anatomie, biomechaniky, kineziologie a traumatologie hlezenního kloubu a dále zahrnuje informace o možnostech léčby - ortopedicko - traumatologické i fyzioterapeutické. Na obecnou část navazuje část speciální, ve které je zpracována kazuistika pacientky s trimalleolární frakturou. Výsledky: Klinický stav pacientky se v porovnání před a po terapii zlepšil. Došlo ke zvýšení rozsahů pohybů v postiženém hlezenním kloubu, ke zvýšení svalové síly obou dolních končetin, k redukci otoku a ke snížení nocicepce levého hlezenního kloubu. Title of bachelor's thesis: Physiotherapy after osteosynthesis of the trimalleolar fracture. Aims: Concept, execution and evaluation of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient affected by trimalleolar fracture of the ankle joint. Methods: The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and special. Theoretical part deals with basic principles of functional anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics and traumatology of the ankle joint. It also includes information about possibilities of treatment - orthopedical (traumatological) and physiotherapeutic. Special part is focused on a case study of a patient with trimalleolar fracture. Results: Clinical state of the patient after execution of the therapy has improved. The range of movement in disabled ankle joint as well as muscle power of both legs have been increased.
