Abstract

SOUHRN Název práce: Kasuistika pacienta po fraktuře distální části radia Anglický název: Case report of a patient after fracture of the distal radius Autor: Michaela Richtrová Cíle práce: Komplexní náhled na problematiku zlomenin distální části radia, shrnutí teoretických i praktických poznatků, navržení terapie a sledování výsledků léčebně - rehabilitačního plánu u pacienta se zlomeninou distální části radia. Metoda: Tato práce vznikla jako rešerše případové studie v průběhu odborné praxe konané od 24.1.2011 do 18.2.2011 na Rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky v Praze. Práce se dělí na dvě části, obecnou a speciální. Obecná část shrnuje teoretické poznatky o anatomii, kineziologii předloktí, ruky a zápěstí, traumatologii horní končetiny - popis zlomenin, jejich hojení, diagnostiku a léčbu. Na základě těchto obecných znalostí se dále věnuji klasifikaci zlomenin distální části radia, jejich klinickým projevům, konzervativním a operačním přístupům a popisu možnosti rehabilitační léčby. Speciální část se věnuje kazuistice pacienta po fraktuře distální části radia, průběhu rehabilitace, výsledkům a efektům terapie. Klíčová slova: zlomeniny zápěstí, distální radius, fyzioterapie

Title: Case report of a patient after fracture of the distal radius Author: Michaela Richtrová Aim: A comprehensive view on the issue of distal radius fractures, a summary of theoretical and practical knowledge, the design therapy and monitoring therapeutic outcomes - rehabilitation plan for a patient with fractures of the distal radius. Methods: This work was a search of case studies in the professional practice held from January 24, 2011 to February 18, 2011 at Malvazinky Rehabilitation Clinic in Prague. The work is divided into two parts, general and special. General section summarizes the theoretical knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology forearm, hand and wrist, upper extremity trauma - a description of fractures and their healing, diagnosis and treatment. Based on this general knowledge is also dedicated to the classification of fractures of the distal radius, their clinical symptoms, conservative and surgical approaches and a description of rehabilitation treatment options. A special section is devoted to case report of a patient after distal radius fracture, the rehabilitation, the results and effects of therapy. Key words: wrist fractures, distal radius, physiotherapy
