Abstract

SOUHRN Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s VAS jako následek herniace disku L4/5 Anglický název: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of PVS as a result of disc herniation L4/5 Autor: Martina Rousová Cíle práce: Shrnutí teoretických poznatků, provedení studie metodiky ucelené rehabilitace, navržení terapie a sledovaní jejího průběhu u pacienta s herniací disku L4/5 projevující se kořenovým syndromem L5 ( S1 ) na LDK. Metodika: Tato práce vznikla jako rešerše s případovou studií během odborné praxe konané od 24. 1. 2011 do 18. 2. 2011 ve Fakultní nemocnici Královské Vinohrady v Praze. Práce je rozdělena do dvou častí - obecné a speciální. První (obecná) část práce se zabývá teoretickými poznatky o páteři z hlediska anatomie, biomechaniky a kineziologie, zahrnuje informace o možnostech fyzioterapeutických postupů a vyšetření v období, kdy operace ještě není indikovaná a je možná konzervativní léčba. Druhá (speciální) část popisuje kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s VAS jako následek herniace disku L4/5, který se projevuje kořenovým syndromem L5 ( S1 ) LDK, průběh navržené terapie a zhodnocení jejího efektu. Title: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of PVS as a result of disc herniation L4/5 Author: Martina Rousová Aim: Summary of theoretical knowledge, the studies metodology of comprehensive rehabilitation, design and monitoring of therapy, in patient with disc herniation L4 / 5 which is manifested like a radiculopathy of L5 (S1) to the left lower extremity. Methods: This study was a retrieval of a case study in professional practice, held from January 24, 2011 to February 18, 2011 at the University Hospital Vinohrady in Prague. The work is divided into two parts - general and special. The first (general) part deals with the theoretical knowledge of the spine in terms of anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology, includes information about possibilities of physiotherapy practice and testing at a time when surgery is not indicated and conservative treatment is possible.
