Metody: Literární rešerše, SWOT analýza a interview s odborníky. Výsledky: Teambuilding na plachetnicích je odborníky hodnocen jako efektivnější než jiné aktivity z oblasti teambuildingu. Title: Teambuilding and Sailing Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to point out the better effectiveness of teambuilding on sailboats compared to other teambuilding activities.
