Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s totální endoprotézou kyčelního kloubu Souhrn: Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o léčebně rehabilitačním postupu u pacienta s implantací totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu, která byla provedena v důsledku koxartrózy. Obecná část se zabývá anatomií a funkcí kyčelního kloubu, koxartrózou, podává obecné informace o totálních endoprotézách a popisuje možnosti následné rehabilitace. Ve speciální části, je formou kazuistiky konkrétního pacienta, popsán léčebně rehabilitační postup a na závěr je zhodnocen efekt terapie. Title: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with total hip arthroplasty Summary: This bachelor's thesis deals with the therapeutic rehabilitation process in a patient with implantation of a total hip arthroplasty, which was made due to coxarthrosis. The general part deals with the anatomy and function of hip joint, coxarthrosis, provides general information about total hip arthroplasty and describes the possibilities of rehabilitation. In special part, in the form of casuistic of particular patient, is described therapeutic rehabilitation process. Finally, the effect of the therapy is evaluated.
