Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou stav po ruptuře achilovy šlachy

Abstract

CÍLE PRÁCE: Zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou stav po ruptuře Achillovy šlachy a uvedení základních teoretických poznatků o této diagnóze. METODIKA: Obecná část přibližuje anatomii dolní končetiny, diagnózu ruptura Achillovy šlachy, její etiopatogenezi, klinický průběh a terapii. Dále přibližuje problematiku degenerativních změn u mužské populace středního věku na této šlaše. Speciální část je zpracována ve formě kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou ruptura Achillovy šlachy po sejmutí podkolenní sádry. Dopodrobna je zde zpracován vstupní i výstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh terapie, ucelený průběh terapie se subjektivním i objektivním hodnocením status presens a závěrem každé terapie. V závěru práce je celkové zhodnocení efektu terapie.

AIM OF THESIS: Evaluation of a pacient's casuistry including an diagnosis after an Achille tendo rupture and mentioning the basic observations about this diagnosis. METHODICS: The general part brings closer the anatomy of the lower limbs, diagnosis of the rupture of the Achille tendo, It's etiopatogenesis, clinical outgoing and therapy. It also specifies the question of degenerative changes of the tendo within the middle- aged male population. The specialized part describes a pacient with a diagnosis rupture of the Achille tendo after taking off an underknee cast. A complete input and output kineziological anylysis is described here. The description includes a suggested therapy, both objective and subjective opinions and evaluations of each therapy. The end is a complete evaluation of the therapy's effect.
