Abstract

Název práce: Účinek komplexního rehabilitačního programu dětí s astma bronchiale Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je poukázat na prospěšnost a nutnost pohybové léčby u dětí s bronchiálním astmatem a jaký má na ně vliv. Dalším cílem bylo shrnout možné dostupné metody i s ukázkami příkladů jednotlivých cviků, které lze u tohoto onemocnění využít. Cílem bylo i sledování a hodnocení subjektivních pocitů pacienta. Metody: V rámci práce jsem provedla jednoskupinový experiment, kde jsem kromě komplexního kineziologického rozboru jednotlivých subjektů využila i metody funkčního vyšetření plic. Z funkčního vyšetření plic jsme zvolili spirometrické vyšetření metodou křivky průtok/objem a zároveň jsme použili monitorování vrcholového výdechového průtoku pomocí výdechoměru. Porovnávali jsme i subjektivní pocity klientů na počátku a na konci léčebného programu. V daném období jsme sledovali změny hodnot v jednotlivých měřících technikách. Výsledky: Zjistili jsme, že komplexní léčba dětských astmatiků má výrazný vliv jak na jejich posturu, tak na dechové funkce a subjektivní vnímání jednotlivých příznaků vyšetřovaných klientů. Title: Effect of a comprehensive rehabilitation program of children with asthma bronchiale Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to show the usefulness and necessity of physical therapy in children with bronchial asthma and how does it affect them. Another objective was to summarize the possible available methods with demonstrations of examples of individual exercises that can be used for this disease. The aim was also monitoring and evaluation of the patient's subjective feelings. Methods: In the thesis we carried out a single arm experiment, where we used comprehensive kinesiology analysis of individual subjects and the methods of lung function tests. From the lung function test, we chose the spirometry test by method of curve flow / capacity and also we used the peak expiratory flow monitoring using peak-flow-meter. We compared the subjective feelings of clients at the beginning and the end of the treatment program. In the period we watched the changes of value in individual measuring techniques.
