Abstract

Title: Timely diagnosis of motor function in children with intrauterine growth retardation and possibilities for its influencing with the aid of physiotherapeutic methods This dissertation focuses on the examination of children with locomotive coordination disorder that were born with the risk of intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) in their case history. This work calls attention to notable postural deviations in the 5 th week of life of children that affect their motor development in the first year of life and could be a risk indicator for the emergence of postural deviations typical for children's defective posture (VDT). Aim: to confirm the methodological practice when assessing qualitative indicators of the most serious deviations of locomotive manifestations from physiological development of movement in the 5 th week of a child's life with the aid of developmental kinesiology. SOUHRN Název: Včasně diagnostikované motorické funkce dětí s intrauterinní růstovou retardací a možnosti jejich ovlivnění pomocí fyzioterapeutických metod. Tato disertační práce je zaměřena na vyšetření dětí s koordinační poruchou hybnosti, které se narodily s rizikovou anamnézou intrauterinní růstová retardace (IUGR). Má upozornit na významné posturální odchylky v 5. týdnu života dětí, které ovlivní jejich motorický vývoj v prvním roce života a mohou být rizikovými ukazateli pro vznik posturálních odchylek typických pro dětské vadné držení těla (VDT). Cíl: ověřit metodický postup při stanovení kvalitativních ukazatelů nejzávažnějších odchylek pohybových projevů od fyziologického vývoje hybnosti v 5. týdnu života dítěte pomocí vývojové kineziologie. Ověřit účinnost fyzioterapeutických metod, aplikovaných v raném věku novorozence. Zdůraznit nutnost včasně zahájené fyzioterapie před 3. měsícem života dítěte v rámci komplexní péčeoděti s rizikovou anamnézou IUGR. Úkol: zhodnotit vývoj symptomů posturálních odchylek v prvních čtyřech měsících života dítěte. Posoudit, zda odchylky v posturální aktivitě mají vliv na posturální vývoj, a to i v pozdějším věku.
