Abstract

Název práce: Úroveň fyzické zdatnosti uchazečů k policii ČR Cíle práce: Cílem práce je zkoumání úrovně fyzické zdatnosti uchazečů k policii za posledních 7 let pomocí dvou testovacích baterií. Na základě výsledků z fyzických testů v letech 2003 až 2009 se pokusím zjistit stav fyzické zdatnosti uchazečů k Policii ČR. Metoda: Ke zpracování dostupných informací jsem použil metodu deskriptivní statistiky. Porovnával jsem výsledky uchazečů, kteří splnili stanovená kriteria ve fyzických testech, dále jsem zpracoval grafickou metodu ke znázornění křivek výkonů obou skupin uchazečů, kteří splnili i nesplnili fyzické testy. Zdrojem mi byla data z fyzických testů uchazečů k Policii ČR, shromážděná v policejním programu SOTP. Výsledky: - úroveň fyzické zdatnosti porovnáním obou testovacích baterií v průměru neklesá - nová testovací baterie je akceptovatelná Závěr: Doufám, že zjištěnými výsledky v diplomové práci poskytnu náhled a přínosnou informaci o stavu fyzické zdatnosti uchazečů k Policii ČR ve zmíněném období let 2003 - 2009. Name of research: The level of physical abilities of the applicants to the Police of the Czech republic The aim of study: The aim of our study is to research the level of physical abilities of the applicants to the police forces in the last 7 years using two test bateries. I will attempt to find out the level of physical abbilities on the grounds of the results of the physical tests in the years from 2003 to 2009. Methods: I was using the method of descriptive statistics to evaluate the available informations. I compared the results of applicants, who passed the defined conditions in physical tests. Further I used the graphical method to demonstrate the curves of abilities of the both groups of applicants, who passed and failed the physical tests. The datas from the physical tests of applicants to the Police of the Czech republic were the source, collected in the police program SOTP. The results: -the level of physical abilities comparing the both test batteries is not declining in average -new test battery is acceptable Conclusion: I hope, that the results in my diploma paper offer the point of view and a valuable asset about the level of physical abilities of the applicants to the police in the years from 2003 to 2009.
