Adaptace a integrace dětí jiných národností na 1. stupni základní školy

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá adaptací a integrací žáků jiných národností na prvním stupni základní školy. Teoretická část zpracovává informace z odborné literatury. Informace se týkají vysvětlení pojmů, obecné pojednání o socializaci člověka, multikulturalitě a interkulturalitě, o úloze RVP ZV v této problematice, dále o osobnostní a sociální výchově a dramatické výchově. Praktická část se snaží provázat informace z teoretické části s praxí. Mezi cíle praktické části patří zjišťování, zda jsou organizace, které se věnují multikulturním a interkulturním tématům, využitelné ve školství. Další z cílů se zaměřuje na zjištění, kolik dětí jiné národnosti navštěvuje pražské ZŠ a zda jsou tito žáci v ve školách rovnoměrně rozloženi. Vlastní průzkum se týkal dotazování dětí jiné národnosti a jejich učitelů ve vybraných školách na problémy s adaptací a integrací a jestli mají učitelé o jejich problémy zájem.

This diploma thesis concerns pupil's adaptation and integration of different nationality in first degree at elementary school. The theoretic part is working with the information from literature. The information is related to the definition of terms, general essay about human socialization, about multicultural and intercultural topics, about task of RVP ZV in this dilemmas and about the Personal and the Social Education and the Drama in Education. The practical part should link the theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Between the goals of practical part belongs the determination if the organizations, which attend the multicultural and intercultural topics are usable for education system. Another goal is to focus on detection how many children of different nationality attend the elementary school in the Czech Republic and whether they are equalized. The research itself is concerned the interrogation of children with other nationality and their teachers who were chosen at elementary schools regarding their problems connected with adaptation and integration and if their teachers take care about and are interested in it.
