Problematika neglekt syndrómu so zameraním sa na "motorický neglekt" vratane posúdenia účinnosti vybraných terapeutických postupov

Abstract

Súhrn Názov práce: Problematika neglekt syndrómu so zameraním sa na "motorický neglekt", vrátane posúdenia účinnosti vybraných terapeutických postupov. Cieľ práce: Zámerom tejto diplomovej práce je na základe dostupných informácií z primárnych i sekundárnych informačných zdrojov zhrnúť problematiku neglekt syndrómu, so zameraním sa na motorický neglekt. Na základe najnovších štúdií posúdiť z rehabilitačného hľadiska účinnosť vybraných terapeutických postupov v terapii motorického neglektu. Metóda: Critical review Výsledky: Štúdie preukázali jednoznačnú spojitosť medzi efektom terapeutickej intervencie a dobou trvania liečby v prípade neglekt syndrómu. Zo štúdii vyplynula i neoddeliteľná previazanosť medzi jednotlivými úrovňami CNS. Potvrdil sa tým podporný účinok kinezioterapie pri úprave deficitného spracovania informácií na rôznych úrovniach CNS. Title of work: Problematic of the neglect syndróm with the intention of "motoric neglect"Including comparison efect of selected therapeutic approaches Aim: The aim of this thesis is based on information available of primary and secondary sources of information summarized issues neglect syndróme with a focus on motor neglect. On the basis of recent studies to assess the effectiveness of physical therapy in terms of selected therapeutic approaches in the treatment of motoric neglektu. Methods: Critical review Results: Studies have shown a clear link between the effect therapeutic intervention and duration of treatment for neglekt syndrome. The study also showed the inseparable link between different levels of CNS. The supportive effect of the kinesiotherapy in the treatment of deficient information processing in different levels of the CNS has been confirmed.
